After watching Ardunino documentary, one project really stuck into my mind. Rockwellgroup is a company expertise in interactive installation having 40+ years of experience. They used Arduino in very unique way to interface over ethernet shield with projection arrangement. I started working on the same for upcoming August Fest and TEDx Hyderabad.

Working with serial monitor eases the process of development and quite helpful in experimentation.

My brother’s Offset printing machine was giving him trouble counting pages. There is voltage stabilizer connected to protect the machine from voltage beyond 110V. Whenever printer shut-off due to voltage fluctuation the counter of machine goes to zero again. This situation irritates him, as remembering pages is not easy while printing 1000-2000 pages at a time.

I have selected LPC1342 which is having ARM Cortex-M3 as core. Since this IC comes in SMD package only it can’t be soldered directly on perfo-board. Hence I had already designed a IC pad for 48-pin LPC1342. In previous post I’d used this same pad with SN65 line driver IC, so this pad design became an added advantage for me.
